[dsdp-mtj-dev] Build Editor Refactoring

Hello Everyone,

   I have refactored mtj build.properties support in order to follow 
PDE build.properties. Since there is a file format change, the old 
build.properties file will be overwritten with the new format including 
all resources into the application package for all configurations. 
Developers will have to select their excluded resources for each 
configuration again so they can be excluded. As it will include all 
resources which does not break anything i did not implement any 
migration mechanism. If someone feels it would be really necessary to 
have it please open a bug.
