[dsdp-ercp-dev] Finalizing the eSWT specification for 1.1

It is time to finalize the eSWT 1.1 specification and start our 
implementing engines.
So far we have the following two accepted for 1.1.

No conclusion yet for and we should act on it fast.

Also we are going to add some clarification to specification for

I just hope that I have not missed any others.

I am aiming to publish the 1.1 specification from our web site next week.
