[dsdp-ercp-dev] Time for a 1.0.2 release

As expected due to the Callisto Winter Maintenance release, we have some 
bug fixes from eclipse 3.2.2 SDK that we can utilize in eRCP.
Julian Chen already made a study of the changes, they are available in 
bugzilla [1]. Please study the changes and comment to the bugzilla entry 
if you see any conflicts.

In the meantime I propose we release an eRCP 1.0.2 maintenance release 
in April.
