[dsdp-ercp-dev] Draft eRCP 1.1 is available

The initial draft of the eRCP 1.1 plan is available for review at:

We have posted the plan in its very early stages in order to ensure a 
transparent and open planning process. The plan is there to be revised 
regularly and as we have new feedback and priorities and availability of 
new resources are clarified, we will add more items.
