Currently we only have a rather crude set of instructions for setting up DSF at: http://wiki.eclipse.org/DSDP/DD/DSF_SetUp.  But I do plan to copy and adopt TM's Twiki docs and procedures as soon as I have a chance :-)

FYI, To download target management, we have a .psf file for the repository contents and also a username with password.
