#1 ( 12-13-2006 ) - Initial work on cleaning up warnings throughout the code.
Refectored
initial CDT GDB/MI code in support of register service and supplied a
register service which worked with the new MI.

#2 ( 12-15-2006 ) - Refactored all of the CDT GDB/MI into separate DSF files
sets using
a new command object ( required for the low level control object ). This
involved 40 or fifty files and thousands of lines of code changes.
