[Dltk-dev] The dltk-core-R-5.10-201808292040.zip has wrong version insid

Hello dear DLTK community,

Your last 2 builds from zip archive contains wrong versions. Can you please fix it?

I need to install then in offline mode, and it means that only  dltk 5.8.1 is downloadable and available.

Can you fix it please?
