When I right click a file and choose "Open With" I don't see any shell editor in the options. Shell, Bash and DLTK don't return any results in the search field for editors.

Do you have Shell Script Editor installed? (For example https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/shell-script-dltk ?)

DLTK is a framework for IDE development, many editors use it, but it does not include any.
