Hi,

Yesterday I contributed DLTK 5.8 RC3 to the Oxygen release. I suggest that we keep RC4 only for very serious issues. So, I bumped the version in master to 5.9.0-SNAPSHOT and it is open for development of the next release. We can still build 5.8 RC4 from a branch if necessary.
