Dear members of the Eclipse Data Space Working Group,

 

The Data Spaces Symposium 2025 will be held in Warsaw on  March 11 and 12 this year. As we expect that some of the EDWG members will be there, we plan to organize a meet and greet of the EDWG members there. The goal would be to meet and have a chat, and to have a group photo.

 

This is to inform you early on the planning and Javier and I will come back to you with more information soon.

 

We intend to conduct the meet and greet on Day 1. The current agenda foresees breaks:

  • Coffee break from 10:40 to 11:10
  • Lunch break from 12:30 to 13:30
  • Coffee break from 15:00 to 15:30
  • The agenda closes at 18:20

 

A first proposal could be to meet on March 11 at 13:00 at the IDSA booth.
