Hi everyone,

we published the third release candidate for the upcoming release of DCP v1.0 in summer. Please check out the spec [1] and the changelog [2]. The key changes are:

hints on validation of verifiable presentations. The DCP is capable of transmitting VCs issued for parties other than the holder.
refinement of the issuance flow
