[dash-dev] GSoC 2026: Proposal Submitted - Restructuring the Eclipse Pro

Hi Wayne, Boris, and the Dash team,

I wanted to let you know that I've finalized and submitted my GSoC 2026 proposal for the Handbook restructuring project.

To support the project goals we discussed, I have:

1. Successfully had my first contribution merged into the Handbook repo (!27).

2. Prototyped the Antora migration locally.

3. Submitted a fix for the Eclipse CARE README (!11) to correct the module paths.

Thank you all for the incredible mentorship and guidance over the last few weeks. I am very excited about the possibility of working with you this summer!
