Hi everyone, We want to inform you about the plan to enable
monitor-specific scaling for Windows in the Eclipse platform by default next week. The feature has been successively integrated starting from the beginning of 2024 and made officially available as an experimental opt-in with the 2024-12 release: Meanwhile, we consider this feature mature enough to be enabled by default for the Eclipse platform. There will, of course, still be the option to switch back to the existing HiDPI support without monitor-specific scaling
(via system property or preference). Changing the default setting now is supposed to give us the chance of extensive (implicit) testing by developers using I-Builds throughout the current development cycle. If you experience any issues, please report them
