Hi Andrey,

Org level discussions are not really org level in GitHub. They are a specific repo's discussions presented as org level.

For https://github.com/orgs/eclipse-simrel/discussions it is really the discussions of https://github.com/eclipse-simrel/simrel.build - if you click on discussions tab in https://github.com/eclipse-simrel/simrel.build you will be redirected to the org level. 

I think this means to subscribe to just discussions, visit https://github.com/eclipse-simrel/simrel.build and choose Watch -> Custom -> check Discussions.

I can't really test this now, but I hope this works for you.
