Our next milestone build is available for testing: EPP 2025-03 M2

There are a couple of items related to versioning of dependencies that should be considered for M2:

- Add a negative requirement to exclude bad o.a.commons.logging version EPP#270 This should resolve wiring errors when upgrading Eclipse installs related to org.apache.commons.logging

- Update org.apache.hc.client5 and org.apache.hc.core5 MPC#15 The fix for this went in just after M2 was built, please see the linked comment for steps needed to get MPC working in M2

I have been following the steps on https://github.com/eclipse-packaging/packages/labels/endgame - you can see the checkmarks as to what is done.
