currently depends upon/uses Apache httpclient 4.5 for secure/https
file download. (ECF/p2/platform uses Apache 5.0 httpclient and
JRE-based httpclient).
As described at [1], this was discovered in bndtools 7.1 because
bndtools uses JGit to download from github repos (for workspace
templates and other things).
My question to this mailing list: How should this be reported? Via a
new issue in epp project, egit, m2e, or some other repo?
