[cross-project-issues-dev] Staging for SimRel 2023-12 M1 is Complete

The staging repository content of
https://download.eclipse.org/staging/2023-12/
has been promoted to the following repository for 2023-12 M1:
https://download.eclipse.org/releases/2023-12 /202310061000/
This is ready for consumption by EPP.
It will become visible in the composite as scheduled Friday, October
6, 2023:

The new orbit update site for M2 will be dramatically reduced
in content. I will make Orbit milestones available early,
probably early next week, with some migration advice (that, sorry
to say, I expect everyone will promptly not bother reading and
will otherwise ignore.)
The following projects continue to contribute duplicates or old
3rd party content:
RCPTT
BuildShip
Viatra
ECF
ATL
Graphiti
GMF

The Platform has migrated to Jetty 12. Downstream projects using
Jetty should align accordingly. I'm currently investigating the
changes to Jetty 12's structure.
