Provided your N-builds demonstrate that your tests still pass on the latest Eclipse, you can just emulate the latest SimRel commit:
[modisco,ocl,qvtd,qvto] Touch for 2023-09
The commit provides a trivial change for each *.aggrcon to
prevent the stale-project-detector activating after M2.

Hi Pauline,
If you don't mind me asking, why disable Papyrus for a single release? Can you ship the same version for 2023-09 as you did for 2023-06? Is there something about Papyrus 6.5.0 that no longer works with the rest 2023-09?
