If you are interested, please reach out to me and provide the following information:

  • The proposed timeframe for the development effort,

  • A successful outcome will provide concrete recommendations (plan) on how to address at least issues and topics reference in issue #18, code patches where practical

  • An epic which is broken down into the individual issues across all the Eclipse projects* involved

  • Explicit list of deliverables, including any interim deliverables,

  • A proposed price, including whether the bid is being made on a fixed price or time and materials basisĀ
