Sorry, again some troubles from m2e & m2e-wtp.

There is a critical bug of m2e-wtp that was fixed a few days ago: https://github.com/eclipse-m2e/m2e-wtp/issues/15 . I've published a 1.5.2 release of m2e-wtp a few minutes ago, and we would like to have this release included in SimRel 2022-09, basically requiring a respin.

The proposed change to SimRel is https://git.eclipse.org/r/c/simrel/org.eclipse.simrel.build/+/195683 ; the change in m2e-wtp is https://github.com/eclipse-m2e/m2e-wtp/pull/16 .
