I guess you're using raw.githubusercontent.com? See https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/helpdesk/-/issues/912#note_570694 for some infos.

Same for platform builds, they fail on regular base trying to read some (checked in) files from github repository and fail with zero data received. See for example https://ci.eclipse.org/releng/view/Automated%20tests/job/ep423I-unit-cen64-gtk3-java11/121/consolehttps://ci.eclipse.org/releng/view/Automated%20tests/job/ep423I-unit-cen64-gtk3-java17/121/console Not sure if our webmaster can do here anything, or is this just a generic github reliability issue? Hi,
we are facing some build issues with EASE and Tracecompass projects: both depend on an external p2 site hosted on github. Sometimes the external site cannot be queried, probably due to quota issues on github?
So the question is whether eclipse provides some means of buffering, eg through artifactory? If not: under which circomstances could we mirror the p2 and provide it as jenkins artifacts?
thanks Christian
