[cross-project-issues-dev] HttpClient 5 update in p2

Hey everyone,

Eclipse IDE switched the underlying httpclient library used to httpclient 5.x via [1] for 2022-03 release. This has been long standing issue [2] which hurt us in 2021-12 release [3]. This allows us to ship with single version of JNA instead of both 4.x and 5.x with all consequences from that (visible in [3] one more time).

Please test thoroughly various updates especially if you're using proxies and even more carefully if you use Windows specific proxies as these are the usual suspects for problems.
