I wonder what the process is for keeping the SimRel aggregation 
functional at all times?

I ask because I noticed that the SimRel report generator is failing 
because Sirius's contribution has disappeared:

Should it be updated to this?

https://download.eclipse.org/sirius/updates/releases/6.3.2/2019-12/

Or to this?

https://download.eclipse.org/sirius/updates/releases/6.3.1/2019-12/

These appear to be renamed:

  https://download.eclipse.org/sirius/updates/milestones/
