Hi Folks,

As a result of the hardware failure we experienced on Feb 7, Git &
Gerrit performance seem to be degraded at times. We're seeing
slower-than-usual checkout times and pushes.

We're monitoring the situation, and new hardware has been ordered to
resolve all of this.
