[cross-project-issues-dev] Request for update of ECF dependencies

Hi all,

I would like to ask Platform to update ECF dependencies
(httpclient/httpcomponents versions and required deps like codec) from
latest Orbit build (M2 is
https://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/drops/S20200128200239/).

This should align related apache bundle versions used by Platform and
JGit to avoid possible problems, see for bug
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=559925.
