Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] download.eclipse.org is not responding

Seems like we had a sizeable DoS attack
that started about 45 minutes before you sent your message. It
lasted for about 2 hours, and during that time access to
services was sporadic and very, very slow.
I'll investigate today to determine what
happened and how we can prevent this in the future.
