Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] M2E needs update to PDE 4+

It seems to me that the version increment made to the PDE feature is not following the semantic rules.   They're pretty clear on this topic:

Looking at  this

I see no requirement that would justify a major version increment for this feature.

And of course now we see the problems that result from using versions like a convenient brand instead of having semantic meaning.

I suppose it's too late to undo this now though, right? Or is that still possible because it's only in IBuilds so far?
