Hi,
The following bundles are either in the process of being removed, or
planned as such for the Orbit 2019-09 release. Ideally we'll have them
done for M1 so that there's plenty of time to adapt to the changes.
If there's any opposition to any of the removals, let me know. I
believe there was some to older Lucene but this should be resolved.
- BouncyCastle 1.59.0, 1.60.0
- 1.61.0 exists
- https://git.eclipse.org/r/143086 & https://git.eclipse.org/r/143087
these 2 changes removing BouncyCastle 1.59 and 1.60 are merged now
- Lucene 5.2.1, 6.1.0, 7.1.0 http://eclip.se/539752
- 7.5.0 and 8.1.0 exist as replacement
- 3.5.0 will remain since I believe Recommenders still requires it
and the index that uses it is unlikely to be updated anytime soon
- com.google.guava 15.0.0, 18.0.0
- 21.0.0 and 27.0.0 exist
- org.tukaani.xz 1.3.0, 1.5.0, 1.6.0
- 1.8.0 exists
- Felix 0.10.0 https://eclip.se/547314
- 1.x version exists
