Yes, I was about to send an urgent note as well. Someone forgot
to change
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/2019-03/ to be
an aggregate!!
I see artifacts.jar.R, and content.jar.R (and the .xml.xz.R
versions of them) so I believe those need to be renamed to replace
the composite*.jar things as soon as possible. Because
right now this doesn't even point at RC2 because it's hidden from
the composite so one one can install anything right now!!
