?) affected jars.
Many are Orbit jars that that were listed would have to be re-signed.
They would need to be manually re-signed and the artifact repo updated
to reflect the changes.
Only other alternative on Orbit side would be to rebuild them with
identical metadata with the new recipes format but given the number
there are, it could take a while.
I'm also wondering what approach other projects on the list would take
for artifacts they no longer can re-build.
