Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] Jetty version in Oxygen

We are using (and contributing) some of the Jetty bundles in Eclipse RAP.

As I wrote on your PMC mailing list, I'd be willing to give it a try, and if it works move to the new version next week. But as it looks today, there's not even a p2 repository available, which prevents easy consumption on our side.

What are the other projects planning?

Thanks,
Markus

There is new staged release for Jetty 9.4.6 [1]. In platform Jetty is
still at version 9.4.5 and the question of updating the version for
RC4 pops up. On one side it's a bit late in the cycle (although same
thing happened last year [2]) and we can not try the staged version
imediately due to [3], on the other the possibility for multiple
versions being shipped is a stability risk (as seen with httpclient
and guava).
So is any project planning to contribute Jetty 9.4.6 to Oxygen?
