Hi Andrey,
Bugs can be filed at Eclipse's Bugzilla for Product "EPP" and Component
"Error Reporting and Logging".
If others agree, we can certainly make this digest a weekly one. I
myself am in favor to do so, at least once we are in release candidate
stage.
Other opinions?
In the meantime, you can go to [1], where the email digest is configured
and create a copy of it (manually) with a weekly interval, and your
email as the recipient.
