Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] MPC participation in Oxygen

Unfortunately, MPC will stay disabled for Oxygen M1, because we depend on USS (Eclipse User Storage), currently a part of Oomph, which is not yet enabled.
I don't believe anyone in the release train depends on MPC, so I hope this doesn't cause any problems.
