You are not the only one. For some reason, about 20 hours ago some of our websites began to suffer performance issues. As per the attachment, from a monitor in Canada, Bugzilla performance is simply unusable; however, from a monitor in the USA there are no performance problems at all. Some have reported issues with Bugzilla and www.eclipse.org, whereas Gerrit is OK. I've opened a ticket with our Internet host. I believe this is happening beyond our reach. If you're experiencing such issues, please email me your Internet-facing IP address (Google: what is my ip) so I can attach it to the ticket.
