[cross-project-issues-dev] What are the rules for Mars SR1 contributions

Hi,

Are there any rules regarding what version a project can contribute to SR1.

In SR0 e(fx)clipse contributed 2.0.0 and now we'd like to contribute
2.1.0 to SR1. Is this allowed?

Another thing I'd like to change for SR1 is that in SR0 e(fx)clipse
missed to define a category so we are *not* showing up in the default
tree mode. Is this allowed?
