We've built RC4 with Sign only (Without pack200)

I've started a RC4a build with Pack+Sign, using Jarsigner 1.1.2. Hopefully it will complete in time!

Try updating eclipse-jarsigner-plugin used to 1.1.2 (from your log you use 1.0.5). Version 1.1.2 contains fixes for issues like https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=464947 .
