I say "for the most part",
since occasionally we have had "off cycle" R-builds, at the request
of a project that was doing an off-cycle release, but I don't think we
have add too many of those, surprisingly.
I put together the following table,
based on my glancing at the two sets of dates.
I will mention another "deviation",
though, and that is the "R-builds", in the big picture of things,
have more to do with retention, than a particular release. For example,
I've known some, say, doing "long term support of Juno" that
used something from a "Kepler" R-build, to achieve what they

be "current" and in sync for the "current release",
that's pretty easy, since it is always the most recent R-build (or, most
recent S-build, for milestones).
