Can you explain why you need two patches?
For me the given
instructions work fine and
those involve only one patch / repo.

I am wondering if we should do a limited
SR release to pickup Java 8 patches. As it stands, Eclipse users interested
in Java 8 would have to hunt for and install at least two patches, which
doesn’t paint Eclipse in a good light.
 
Thoughts?
