We're produced this R-build "early"
so project's can start to use it as they produce their RCs. 
Assuming there are no blocking or serious
regressions reported, we consider this the final "Orbit build"
for Kepler. 

I will begin to remove old I-build and
S-builds and plan to remove them all by the Tuesday evening. If anyone
needs another day or two to transition, please say so.
