[cross-project-issues-dev] Kepler M3 staging repository is complete

The final aggregation build picked up
   CDO
contribution to Kepler M3 

I've disabled the aggregation build until Friday, to avoid
confusion while EPP packages finalized, so unless someone finds a blocking
problem, we'll consider Kepler M3 repository complete and I will get it
mirrored and make it visible on Friday.
