It is such a common problem, we almost need a Hudson job for it :) When ever you see
" .... IOException2: remote file operation failed ...",
the slave needs to be restarted. AFAIK it won't right itself.

I usually open a bug when I see it, but am fairly sure the webmasters will see your note here and restart it.  
In the meantime, you could try a different slave, if that'd be faster for you?

Hi,

Our Hudson jobs for the BPEL Designer all fail few seconds after they
start to run. The error is related to Hudson.

Are we the only project to experience these problems?
