I was going to say it was just that wayne likes to have a bit of light
reading always available....

But I think the answer is anyone that is interested in the state of
the project, and who knows about URL's like this:

I am interested to hear more of the theory behind these documents.

They rank somewhat high on the list of things I would like to stop
having to provide. :)
