Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] Mylyn jobs running continuously

Denis,

Our jobs (nebula.nebula and nebula.incubation) were blocked by the Mylyn builds on slave 3. When I looked at the job config there was no rule to force our jobs to run on slave 3. In the mean time, slaves 7 and 8 did not spin anything. Why were our jobs not scheduled automatically on these free slaves but instead put in the salve-3 queue? Is there something we must set in order to be scheduled on these new slaves?

Regards,

Wim

I don't think these were bothering anyone, I just thought maybe something was borked  :)  Actually, many of your jobs were running on slave7 -- the new slave in Oregon.  Thanks.  Feel free to abuse those slaves (7 & 8) as much as you want.

We like to test thoroughly :). More seriously, we are preparing a release and identified issues that required rebuilding several times. Each of these release builds triggered long running integration test builds (which are bound to hudson-slave7).

I apologize if that affected anyone. I'll change the configuration to run integration tests less frequently.

I noticed that all day about 6 mylyn jobs have been running continuously on Hudson... Is there something we should be looking at?
