We're having routing issues with the 209.217 subnet.  This includes help.eclipse.org, the torrents server, and all the project vservers.  It is also impacting wiki.eclipse.org.

This is another artifact of the dead switch from last week, and I'm zoning in on the cause.

the sandbox hudson seems to be also hit by these problems, builds fail with "connection refused"

when trying to fetch updates from git [1].

The egit server was restarted on the weekend, but I'm not sure if the git service on it gets automatically started on boot.  Webmaster doesn't manage that box, so you'd have to talk to the egit team about it.
