I believe Xvnc needs ImageMagick to be installed on the server to be able to take screenshots, and that does not seem to be the case.

But you can take screenshots with SWTBot during your tests :

bot.captureScreenshot(fileName)

I have selected that in configuration. But i don't know where is it stored ? Do you the location of this screen shot ?
