Ok. I was able to look at /shared via ssh to build, but I don't appear to
have permissions to try to delete files that might be causing problems...

Well you can login to build if you want to 'see' /shared . But there
isn't any access to the hudson hosts.
I've just had a quick look though and I don't see any files open with
'sapphire' in the path on any of the hudson machines.
