This comes with Xtext. It is a third party library.

I have added the needed about.html (according to http://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl/about.php)

Actually I have copied and modified the about.html from orbit's google.collect 1.0.0 and changed the version number.

We have triggered a new (final final final) build.
