Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] PTP, Jetty, MPC, and EGit

Hi David,
I've uploaded the signed DLTK, could you please rebuild the release?
Thank you,
Alex

Thanks everyone. All is respun and promoted

Apparently only CPP package in EPP rebuilt
... and I am hoping it is just set that way, and the others not failing?
Signing is certainly in better shape
... still waiting for DLTK.
OK ready on the jetty signed.
The bits are unchanged... except for the fact that the
packed files contain a signed jar now.
Thanks,
Hugues

Oh yeah, we don't mess around once we
get going :)
I've done another aggregation build that includes PTP and MPC.
And went ahead and promote that to /releases/staging so effected teams
can test
what's there as soon as possible.
But, I think Jetty will be ready soon too so will respin once it is.
Thanks again,
Apologies for the delay. I didn't realize it would be that fast. :-)
Rebuild completed and build files in place.
Regards,
Greg

Ok. there is a rebuild in progress, with Jetty and MPC contributions. But
sounds like that's a "warmup" since Jetty since discovered the
problem with the signing steps so we'll pick up their new build/repo next
pass through (well, when they are ready).
Greg, Ready to go? Please update your .build file when you are ready.
I'll continue to respin until these three get updated as they desire, then
I will promote that to staging (and I will announce here that new 'staging'
is ready).
We will keep staging as staging until we are literally ready to release
it as our final repository.
Much thanks everyone,
We have detected a couple of issues with PTP that we'd like to fix for
Final. Both fixes are low risk and are unlikely to have any impact on other
projects:
1. One of the PTP components was inadvertently missed from the Helios repo
(it is in the current build). See https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=316625.
2. A serious regression has been discovered in Photran that has an immediate
impact on users. See https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=316640.
This requires a new PTP build.
