FYI, I did just a few minutes ago, promote
to staging which should have nearly RC4 +3 content, so would
be a good time for projects to test
early.

Is this still the deadline? I'm asking because, we found a regression
with our last build (current contribution for RC4), and are in the final
stages of testing the fix. Our build is typically about 90 mins and the
submission process will take about a 1/2 hour. However, these times are
variable depending upon build server load. So it will be touch and go
trying to beat 5pm.
