I've created the infamous Final Daze document, which
provides a step-by-step description of everything that must happen from
now until the release, June 23. http://wiki.eclipse.org/Helios/Final_Daze If you've never participated on the simultaneous release before, you really should read the document. Chances are there is something you must do. I'd like to invite David, Markus, Kim and Nathan to review the document (at your earliest convenience) to make sure all the dates (and steps) are accurate. At this time, the most urgent need I have is to liberate disk space on download.eclipse.org. I've recently had 2 mirrors ask me how to trim the size of their Eclipse mirror, or risk losing them as mirrors. Some mirrors have also begun removing random directories of old releases, which causes download errors for our users.
